The Central Bank has issued a warning against two investment firms offering their services here. Regulators said Futuro Financial and Tortola Capital are not authorised as investment firms in Ireland but they had been offering investment services and advice to the public.

Clients of unauthorised firms are not eligible for compensation from the Investor Compensation Scheme.
