With reference to the list of properties referred to in the article headed “Dunne and Kelly assets dominate Nama list” in the September 1st edition, the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) wishes to clarify that Need More Space, trading out of Deansgrange Business Park, is not in receivership.

The industrial unit leased by Need More Space has been the subject of an enforcement action by Nama. The status or standing of Need More Space is not affected by this action by Nama.
