Eithne Fitzgerald has retired as a non-executive director of investment group One51. Ms Fitzgerald, a partner and head of corporate finance with law firm A&L Goodbody, joined the board in 2008. Ms Fitzgerald was re-elected as a director at the firm's last annual general meeting in September 2011.
