Former Anglo Irish Bank chief executive David Drumm received a tax rebate of €11,886 from the Revenue Commissioners, according to filings in his bankruptcy proceedings in Boston.

The tax overpayment, which has not yet been repaid, will go to the trustee of Drumm’s estate. A statement of financial affairs filed by Mr Drumm earlier this week lists his wife Lorraine as one of his creditors.
