EVEN in Opposition Fianna Fail has succeeded in a major peace making role. This week's publication of enterprise spokeswoman Ms Mary O'Rourke's prompt payments bill managed to bring together the small firms' warring factions ISME and the SFA. Ms Lorainne Sweeney and Mr Don Curry even posed together for a picture with Ms O'Rourke and party leader Mr Bertie Ahern. After that, reviving the Northern talks should be easy.
