PUBLICLY-QUOTED insurance company FBD, traditionally strong in the agricultural sector, is rapidly expanding its urban and commercial base, the firm's annual general meeting heard yesterday. FBD's chairman, Mr Michael Berkery, said that, since its floatation in 1989, average annual growth was running at 20 per cent.
