THE Stock Exchange Board has deferred for two or three weeks a decision on whether it will strike off CountyGlen. The board was due to discuss the company's future at its monthly meeting yesterday.

However, CountyGlen's chairman, Mr Niall Duggan, was unable to appear before the board as he was tied up with other business. It is understood that the board wants to give him an opportunity to put his case before it makes a decision.
