ESB International (ESBI), the ESB's independent engineering subsidiary, has won a $250,000 (£160,000) World Bank contract to prepare an evaluation of a large electricity utility in Pakistan. This follows the recent £1 million contract granted to ESBI to advise on the privatisation of the Hungarian electricity, industry.
