Esat Telecom's partner, Sprint International, has completed a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom to form a new trans global telecommunications service network, Global One. With offices in Belgium and in the US, it will operate 1,200 exchanges in more than 50 states and will employ more than 2,500 people, it said yesterday. Esat Telecom competes with Telecom Eireann in the provision of international telecommunication services.
