Ennex managing director, Mr Christian Schaffalitzky has made a paper profit of over £322,000 after exercising share options.

Following the purchase, his stake in Ennex has risen to 2.89 million shares or 2.19 per cent of the total. Ennex chairman, Mr Brian Cusack has also made a substantial paper gain after exercising warrants. He now holds 3.14 million Ennex shares - 2.38 per cent of the total.
