ENNEX International has acquired an option to buy 95 per cent of a zinc property in Kazakhstan which has reserves of four million tonnes, grading 24 per cent zinc. If Ennex exercises its option, 30 million Ennex shares will be issued to the vendors plus 15 million Ennex warrants at 30p per share. Ennex, however, will have the right to reduce the 30 million share issue by 25 per cent on payment of $2.5 million.
