The scope of the Special Assignee Relief Programme and the Foreign Earnings Deduction measure announced in the Finance Bill are to be widened.

The relief programme allows certain multinational employees receive a portion of their pay tax free.

The requirement that individuals benefiting from the programme can only spend 30 days outside the country will be removed and the range of countries from which individuals can be assigned will be extended.
