Careergro, a developer of a cloud-based, career development software tool for employees, has secured investment of € 300,000 to fund business expansion.

The human resources start-up, which has its headquarters at NovaUCD, secured the funds from private investors and from Enterprise Ireland, and will use the investment to hire an additional 15 people over the next three years.

The Careergro tool enables employees to use career-coaching best practices to assess themselves and create a development plan.
