The circular for the proposed scheme of arrangement to take Dunlow Ewart plc private was sent to shareholders yesterday.
Shareholders are being offered 51 cents for each ordinary share, made up of 34 cents in cash and 17 cents loan note. Alternatively, shareholders can choose to remain on as shareholders.
