THE partners in the Dublin law firm Mason Hayes Curran are dusting down their passports. The firm has just won a major consultancy contract in Lithuania of all places - as part of an international consortium which will advise on preparing the country's laws to allow it to apply for EU membership. They do not, fortunately, have to advise the football team.
