Members of a panel which will decide on a dispute at the heart of the controversy over the planned £23 billion merger between drinks giants Guinness and Grand Metropolitan were appointed yesterday. The arbitrators will decide whether Guinness's French partner LVMH is entitled to compensation as a result of the merger.
