Irish Marine Oil, the gold and zinc explorer quoted on London's Ofex market, has begun a 30-hole drilling programme in five locations in the Republic. Drilling has already begun at Crinkill, near Birr in Co Offaly, while the company also plans to drill near Shinrone village and near Holycross in Co Tipperary and at Pallasgreen and Caherconlish in Co Limerick.
