MR Pat Dougan has been appointed full time executive deputy chairman of Mackie International Group. He will be responsible for the overall development of the group, and in particular for the new foundry project, strategic alliances, acquisitions and further expansion of its water treatment subsidiary, Mackie Environmental.

Mr Peter Long, formerly group marketing director, has become group chief executive with responsibility for day to day activities. Mr John Waters, formerly general manager, has been appointed managing director of Mackie Environmental.
