The former chief executive of National Irish Bank, Mr Jim Lacey, is to join the board of the Dublin Docklands Authority. Mr Lacey, who has worked as a consultant for the World Bank in recent years, is also chairman of the Irish Aviation Authority. He fills the vacancy left by the resignation of Mr Lewis Glucksman, who was recently promoted to chairman of Smith Barney Europe.
