SALARIES and other benefits for the directors of Hibernian Group jumped sharply last year, with the package rising from an average of £151,000 per director in 1995 to £168,000 last year. Hibernian had four executive directors in 1995 and three last year - chief executive Mr Adrian Daly, finance director Mr Cecil Hayes and Hibernian Insurance managing director Mr Eddie Shaw.
