VENTURE capital fund Delta Partners has paid £300,000 for a 20 per cent stake in Peregrine Systems, a Dublin based company which develops software for processing disputed credit and debit card transactions.

The deal values Peregrine at £1.5 million. Peregrine management owns the remaining 80 per cent of the company. The Delta investment will be used to develop the international sales of the company's products.
