DCC has increased its stake in the food equipment company Brodericks from 75 per cent to 82.5 per cent, following the purchase of the 7.5 per cent of Brodericks held by the company's chairman, Mr James Hyland. Mr Hyland, who received £107,000 for his shares, has now resigned as chairman of Brodericks.
