Datalex, a provider of information technology solution to the airline and travel industry, is finalising an agreement to acquire Manchester-based Teamwork Solutions for $14 million. This will represent the fifth acquisition since the beginning of 1999. Datalex, founded in 1985, has its headquarters in Dublin with offices in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Manchester and Melbourne and employs over 300 people.
