Cross Border technology project has been initiated by FAS and the T&EA, the state training agency for Northern Ireland. The project involves setting up multimedia training facilities in 14 FAS and T&EA centres. The idea behind the project is that people from either jurisdiction can use the facilities to acquire training, while using advanced computer technology.
