A High Court hearing on the conditions under which employees and former employees of National Irish Bank may be interviewed by the inspectors appointed to investigate overcharging of customers will be heard later this month. Central to the hearing will be whether the interviewees will be entitled to refuse to answer questions on the grounds of self-incrimination. See page 4
