The countess of Donoughmore died last Friday in Scotland aged 89

The countess of Donoughmore died last Friday in Scotland aged 89. Born Dorothy Jean Hotham, she married the seventh Earl of Donoughmore in 1925. She was involved in the Red Cross during the second World War. Shortly after the death of her husband in 1981 she moved to Ayrshire in Scotland, near her daughter, Mrs Sarah Collins.

She is survived by her daughter and her two sons, Michael eighth Earl of Donoughmore, and Mr Mark Hely Hutchinson.
