Conroy Diamonds and Gold, is to raise £1.125 million (€1.43 million) through a placing of up to four million shares on the Alternative Investment Market in London in May, the company said yesterday.
This will be Conroy's first listing on the AIM. Its shares have traded on the OFEX market since April 1997.
