A retail and leisure complex in Newry, Co Down, which is backed by a £55 million sterling investment, is expected to create new 800 jobs. The complex, one of the largest retail projects being undertaken in the North, was launched yesterday by the Northern Secretary, Dr Mo Mowlam.

Among the three anchor stores is Roches Stores, in its first move into the retail market in Northern Ireland.
