Tipperary Co-op has acquired the L&N/SuperValu store situated at Kickham Place, Tipperary town, for an undisclosed sum. The store is one of the biggest in the county and major refurbishment is planned for the 12,000 square feet of shopping space. Tipperary Co-op now has a workforce of 250 in the county and has several hardware and associated goods interests.
