A MEDIA company is set to buy the humour based business training organisation, Video Arts Group, which was founded by comedian John Cleese and TV scriptwriter Sir Antony Jay. MediaKey is also planning to take over Marshall Information, a leading packager of consumer reference titles. Both acquisitions are to be funded by MediaKey's stock market flotation, which should raise about £20 million sterling.
