Mr Brendan Fitzgerald who joined Unidare as finance director last September "has for personal reasons been unable to take up his duties and has resigned", according to a statement from Unidare yesterday.

Unidare has appointed its group financial controller, Mr Kevin Gallen as its new finance director. Prior to joining Unidare in early 1996, Mr Gallen was a European group controller with Bacardi-Martini in Amsterdam.
