DUBLIN Chamber of Commerce has appointed Mr Noel Carroll as its new chief executive, replacing Mr Tom Cox who retires in March. Mr Carroll is public relations officer for Dublin Corporation and chamber president Mr John Donnelly said: "Noel's name is synonymous with Dublin. His commitment to the city is infectious and we were all deeply impressed by his vision for the city."
