CELTIC Resources has increased its stake in the Nazhdaninskoye gold project in Russia from 45 per cent to 50 per cent. Celtic has paid for the additional stake by issuing one million new shares at 40p. Celtic has also announced that Yorkton Securities is to act as the group's sponsoring broker for its listing on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
