MORE than 750 jobs will be created over the next three years after high street electrical retail giant Dixons revealed yesterday that it had sold a 40 per cent stake in The Link, its mobile phone shops.

Dixons said the buyer, Cellnet, would pay an initial cash consideration of £25 million sterling. The group said The Link planned to expand from its current 87 branches to a network of more than 200 stores, creating 750 jobs.
