Cadbury teased shareholders with the prospect of rival bids and bigger dividends as it again rejected a hostile £10 billion bid from Kraft Foods. Cadbury chairman Roger Carr said Hershey and Ferrero had indicated they were contemplating bids, adding that talks would start if a compelling and offer emerged.

Meanwhile, British and Irish Cadbury workers plan to meet today to try to fight the hostile bid from Kraft Foods. – (Reuters)
