BWG Ltd has acquired the entire share capital of Bargain Booze Holdings Ltd, a British drinks wholesaler operating from Sandbach near Manchester and has also completed the purchase of the E. Round & Son business in Birmingham.

Mr Leo Crawford, chief executive of BWG, said that the acquisition of Bargain Booze offered excellent potential for growth in the developing off-trade sector.
