Agriculture Minister, Joe Walsh, was drafted in to do the honours.As he and senior executives posed for photographers, they were confronted by a temperamental Charolais bull. In the fraught moments that followed, the animal considered a range of available targets before a quick thinking Avonmore Waterford employee saved the day. How? By directing the bull towards some cattle.
