An article in the edition of September 21st, concerning the franchisees of O'Brien's Sandwich Bars, reported on a press release issued by a group of the franchisees.

The article and the press release attributed comments on the situation to solicitor Bill Holohan. Mr Holohan has pointed out that he did not make such comments nor approve the issue of the comments in his name.
