In an article headlined "Belfry golf resort officially up for sale" (published Jan 17th, 2012) it was inferred that Certus is a lender to Quinn Property Investments.
Certus has asked us to clarify that the debt is owed to Bank of Scotland plc and that Certus provides customer support and administration services to the bank.
