The chief executive of Anglo Irish Bank, Sean FitzPatrick, has made a paper gain of over £190,000 after exercising share options.

Mr FitzPatrick exercised options over 193,883 shares at a 46.39p each, compared to the price in the market of 112p. The additional shares brings Mr FitzPatrick's stake in Anglo to almost 2.4 million shares or just under one per cent of the total.
