BANK of Ireland company secretary Mr Terry Forsyth has made a profit of over £16,000 after exercising share options and then selling some of the shares into the market. Mr Forsyth exercised 12,173 options at just under 153p each and then sold just under 7,000 shares into the market at 496p and 499p. Mr Forsyth retains 18,309 shares in Bank of Ireland.
