Bank of Ireland's international services division has won a consultancy contract to help a Croatian bank with a major restructuring.

Privedna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) has completed a financial overhaul and Bank of Ireland will now help the bank draw up a restructuring plan which will include computerisation, personnel changes, cost cuts as well as a revamped business strategy.
