The closing date for entries for the National Innovation Awards, sponsored by Price Waterhouse and The Irish Times, is Friday, May 22nd, 1998. The awards, which are in their second year, are an integral part of the Government's Science, Technology and Innovation Awareness Programme. The objective of the awards is to identify and encourage those organisations in the Republic who promote an innovative culture.
