AN AMERICAN-IRISH businesswoman has been appointed to the board of Arnotts as a non-executive director.
Dr Casey Croghan Tolar is an international consultant in the fashion industry and is based in London. She is also consultant to the New York City and State Department of Economic Development. She maintains a home in Dublin.
