The Ark Retail group is heading for liquidation after posting notice of a creditors meeting.

The group, which is headed by Pakistani entrepreneur Kamran Khan, is the Irish franchisee of German casual wear brand Tom Tailor.

A creditors meeting for the group is scheduled for July 10th in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Swords, Co Dublin.

Creditors meetings will also be held on the day for the group’s flagship Tom Tailor store in Dublin’s Jervis Street, as well as its outlets in Sligo, Kilkenny, Maynooth and Limerick.
