The four executive directors of Aminex Mr Brain Hall, Mr Robin McFarlane, Mr David Clarke and Mr Antonio Prado shared in emoluments totalling $495,000 (£314,000) last year. Aminex, which has oil production interest in Russia, made pre tax losses of $2.8 million in the year to the end of last December. The four non executive directors shared fees of $8,000. The company also paid rent of 525,400 to a company connected with Mr McFarland, the deputy chairman.
