AIB Capital Markets has introduced a €150 million First Irish Infrastructure Fund established with the European Investment Fund. The fund will support the ambitious infrastructure development projects being put forward by the Government for Public Private Partnerships schemes. The fund is seeking to invest in PPPs, particularly in the energy and telecoms sectors, and will be managed by the special finance unit of AIB Capital Markets.
