ADARE Printing Group's acquisition of Prontaprint has become unconditional in all respects, the company has announced. Adare has received acceptances in respect of over 99 per cent of Prontaprint shares. The offer will remain open for further acceptances until June 20th, after which Adare will compulsorily acquire any remaining Prontaprint shares.
