Kozy Shack Enterprises, a US chilled desserts manufacturer, is expected to create 75 new jobs in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, over the next four years. The US concern is to invest £2.9 million (€3.68 million), with support from Enterprise Ireland, in a manufacturing facility in the Lough Egish food park. The Minister for Agriculture, Mr Walsh, said its decision to enter the European market followed extensive research.
