73 new jobs for Co Antrim

THE American manufacturer of medical products, Sherwood-Davis and Geek, will invest £17

THE American manufacturer of medical products, Sherwood-Davis and Geek, will invest £17.6 million in an expansion of its plant in Ballymoney, Co Antrim which will create 73 new jobs. The group has been offered financial assistance of £3.5 million by the Industrial Development Board towards the costs of the expansion. Sherwood-Davis and Geek currently employs 350 people in Ballymoney to manufacture disposable hypodermic needles and syringes, lancets and blood collection tubes.
